Considering how much McD's and dry-ass burnt steak he eats, my money's on (spoilered for gross imagery)

      spoiler

weekly or semi-weekly truck dumps consisting primarily of solid, painful two-flusher logs, with bouts of constipation in between. Trump almost certainly spends this time on the toilet shitposting on twitter and shouting at his aides demanding laxatives. The only laxatives he'll accept are of course McD's pancake syrup and coffee.

Ok, I dont see what the problem is here. When you are doing a photoshoot, it usually involved quite a few variations and changes until you get a few good shots. And in the case nobody will just take photos of Trump actually working (as if he does lol), but will be a proper photoshoot. I don't see the problem with changing the room, removing the coat and so on and of course photos from a single photoshoot would be close together in time. I feel like Im missing what the noise is all about.

I just can't imagine a Trump that's on oxygen and struggling to walk changing his entire outfit and room in less than 10 minutes, the time data is obviously fake.

I'm imagining an entire team of at least 20 people rushing to dress him up like a professional stage crew on Broadway. "WE GOTTA PROP THE PRESIDENT UP LIKE FDR IN T MINUS 10 MINUTES, THIS IS NOT A DRILL, ALL HANDS ON DECK, GO GO GO GO"

Every time I get excited over this I remember the speculation around Johnson. I mean he's in far more high risk categories than Johnson but I just can't get my hopes up again.

That it’s highly improbable that he changed and switched to different rooms within 10 minutes to “review documents”. And that it’s much more likely that they had him in different clothes in a number of different rooms to get as many photos as possible to release when he gets a tube shoved down his throat. We already knew this but still,

Pretty sure any "documents" for him to review, is going to just be his will and presidential pardons. It sounds a lot worse than they are letting on and WH doctors keep contradicting themselves.

I opened it in photoshop and wow, you are right. Blank piece of paper with nothing on it. God this administration is so hilariously bad with their PR stunt photo ops.

The worst of it has not hit him yet. He only tested positive 2 days ago. It's slow and it takes a few days for the effects to really hit. The next 2-4 days are going to be crucial for him. I agree with VILenin, that these seem like staged photo ops to release to his base and declare everything OK.

Their incompetence really is on a whole other level. I'm impressed.
