I think seeing the trump supporters wave nazi flags made him do a double take.

He had $70m and complete creative freedom to make any comedic project he wanted. The capstone of 40 years practicing one craft. He made a movie about poptarts.

this story was pushed because Jerry hired a public relations specialist. he's seen his numbers and is trying to repair his image

He's clearly trying to reconnect with younger audiences. Maybe he could demonstrate how hip he is by dating someone younger? Maybe a 17 year-old? Just spit-balling here.

Has he tried not being an unfunny out of touch pedophile that vocally supports an ongoing genocide?

Its odd. I saw that clip with him gervais, ck and chris rock. Those other two were saying the N word in front of chris. He was the only one that objected there. It should have been a lightbulb moment where he realizes that some of these guys aren't doing comedy they're taking the piss and seeing what they can get away with

That was a truly awful video, and Chris wasn’t even objecting, he was going along with it, as can be expected from the guy whose most infamous comedy bit is about how there’s good black people and there are slurs.

And then CK just really reveling about using the word constantly, with everyone laughing. Bizarre video.

These type of these white dudes don't want friendship with poc they just wanna have people who are social experiments. Their ideas of bonding is what some call shit tests. Just probing and prodding. Seeing what they can get away with with you. And if they sense weakness well..... You see that vid is in a live audience imagine in private.

I've always wondered how Chris rock feels about his legacy being "giving racists a pass on calling black people the n word"

Based on that video, doesn't seem to really bother him.

He also coined “the friend zone” in the same special. Honestly though I don’t think it’s fair to fault him for that. Chuds steal things and recontextualize them in a way that removes irony, humour and nuance. It’s their whole thing. The solution to that isn’t to just make art that has no irony, humour or nuance. That’s just letting idiots bully us out of making anything that doesn’t talk down to its audience.

This is why Chris Rock was never, and could never be a King of Comedy, even if Bernie was still with us and (against all odds mind) gave him the cosign.

Wow, it's almost as if the people who are always complaining about the left ruining comedy really just want to be able to say whatever hatful shit they want and say "its just a joke". Who'd of thought thatsoviet-hmm

But it's confirmed in furry circles that the owners of bad dragon had a server where they shared bestiality media. Including homemade

Puts on Gilbert Gottfried's Seinfeld voice

They say the extreme left is ruining comedy. Who is it saying that? Who are these people?!

I keep turning left eventually I'm just going straight again. Who is it turning extremely left? Who are these people?!

Same thing happened when I turn right. I turn right a few times and now I'm turning left. Who can follow these kinds of directions? Who are these people?!

The argument that he makes is essentially, “I’m an Olympic-tier comedian and I should be able to hit any goal that’s placed in front of me”
