    I told some German landlords in like 2019 I was going to put their asses on trial for crimes against humanity and execute them. Been suspended ever since, it's honestly great because I never have to use that god awful website again.

    yeah, the only times I ever got punished on twitter was when replying to Marianne Williamson and it happened so fast I barely had time to refresh the page.

            it's not a contradiction, tho

            twitter exists so rich people can feel good about themselves, it doesn't matter how much bullying they deserve because thankfully no has been able to find a way to monetize bullying so far

              They could wall off blue checked threads behind a paywall or something like that.

                that's just one more reason to never dunk on them because then you're not just losing your account, you're also losing your subscription money

                it's not like this subscription would be ban-proof so you can say whatever you want

    I just got a bunch of emails re-suspending me from Reddit for expressed wrongthink about china back in December. These platforms are only for carefully curated content, they probably think getting state intelligence involved is a net positive if it's going to get any potential liability or regulation off their backs.
