It weirds me out. Makes sense to me. If you import American culture into your country you inherently import the American civil religion too. Chuds are really just the most militant defenders of the American civil religion, but in American fashion they allow your particular brand of chud to develop their own brand of it.
This is how Poland, and to similar extent all of postsocialist countries in the region, is culturally colonised by the USA.
