i always remembered that the rehab patients would make mock cigarettes of out paper to carry around even if it did nothing
i buy pens and lighters just to have something in my hand
now i understand though, i cant drink a beer without wanting something to smoke
im not even craving nicotine i just want to sit down and inhale something
THIS IS A VOLCEL CRIME SCENE TAKE THAT DICK OUT OF YOUR MOUTH PLEASE
PLEASE
OH GOD PLEASE
Ugh, tell me about it. Zero desire to smoke all day everyday, but get more than a couple beers in me and all I want to do is smoke a cig on the porch.
Sittin' on the front porch in the afternoon, ozone thick in the air from an oncoming stormfront, a cig and a beer in your hand.
I'm three weeks off the vape today (10 years vaping; 14 years smoking prior to vaping).
I'm going out of my fucking mind.
Remember that the Nicotine only has a biological hold on you for about 3-4 days iirc. After that it's all a mind battle. I've lost that mind battle several times over the last decade. Don't feel bad if you relapse, you're only human, DickFuckarelli (love the name lol, I had to type it out) Good luck!
I still carry a lighter in my backpack or pockets everywhere. Idk why but I do.
you must really have your shit together. back when I was smoking 2 packs a day, I would have to buy a lighter wherever I went because I kept forgetting to bring them.
What If I told you I've used the same pair of earbuds for 3+ years and almost always use a pen till it runs out of ink. I'm really obsessive over small items like that for some reason.
Best part is I've only smoked a cigarette twice in my life and didn't like it and pretty much only occasionally smoke weed at my house (legal where I am). I literally have no reason to take a lighter everywhere, but I just do lol. People always think I'm a smoker or something.
It's a good thing to just have on you anyway. Fits easily in a pocket. Never know when it could be handy
I switched from a pack of camels a day to vaping without any problems. I never thought it would work that well. You probably have to try out different vapes until you find one that has the right draw and mouthfeel, but once you have that figured out, there's just no way to go back to cigarettes. My living room doesn't stink anymore, i save a ton of money, i have at least a decent chance not to die off lung cancer, and it's even more fun than smoking.
Preach! Five years without smoking, and counting. I know we like to dunk on vapers (with good reason most of the time) but that shit is life-changing.
Yes my lung capacity thanks me every day. I smoked for 12 years. Mostly nonfiltered. I had tried to quit several times, once with smokeless tobacco (snus, not dip) and it never worked. But now when I'm drunk and I watch somebody light up a smoke in a movie I can reach for my vape and kill that craving before it has a chance to get off the ground.
I have basically 0 self-restraint so I transitioned off and went vapes and cigs for maybe like three months, at the end the hardest one to get rid of was my ritualistic end-of-the-day cig but it wasn't even that hard, just had to make the slightest conscious effort.
Nobody knows what it does to your lungs yet because the technology's only been in widespread use for like 10 years.
I vape basically all day because of the constant desire to inhale something. I've dropped down to super low nicotine though, I think it works out to like one cig a day.
i used to use nebulisers, I seriously was hooked on the feeling at a young age
